Stock permitting, all orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of receipt, to arrive with UK mainland customers within 7 working days. However please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. If for any reason an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. 

STANDARD DELIVERY (UK Mainland)
Cost £4.95 per delivery. Monday to Friday only.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY (UK Mainland)

Cost £7.50 per delivery. Monday to Friday only. This guarantees delivery of your order next day, providing your order is received by us and successfully processed before 12 noon. Please call our dedicated customer service team on 0844 387 7272 to arrange.

LARGE / SPECIAL ITEM DELIVERY (UK Mainland) 
   Our lorry symbol means that an item requires specialist packing and handling. Please note that Next Day delivery is not available for these items.

Cost £20 per delivery. Monday to Friday only.

INTERNATIONAL / NON-UK MAINLAND / BFPO
Please call our dedicated customer service team on 0844 387 7272 to arrange delivery. Postage will be charged at cost.

ORDER TRACKING
Upon despatch and assuming you have provided us with a valid email address, we will confirm despatch by email which will contain a tracking link to our carrier's website so that you can monitor the status and  progress of your delivery. (Parcels only).

DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
We are often asked if it is possible to enter delivery instructions when placing an order (e.g. leave at back, or leave next door). At the moment and based on our experience, we are unable to offer this service in order to safeguard the security of your delivery. We are however constantly reviewing customer requests and our operational procedures.
